Insurance
In the UK Swoove Instructors are covered by Insure4Sport which has extended cover for online classes. For other countries please note before paying and joining in that you are Swooving at your own risk. The instructor nor Swoove Fitness cannot be held responsible for any damage to you or your surroundings.
We advise a clear swooving space of 2 metres.
Safeguarding Children
If children are taking part in an online class a responsible adult must be present in the room. They do not have to Swoove or be visible to the instructor.
For streaming classes video must be enabled so that the instructor can see all the participants.
Payments
All payments are made through PayPal.
Memberships do not require a PayPal account. You can use a credit/debit card securely at checkout.
Memberships expire automatically one day after use. You can use the same registration information multiple times, so you do not need to register twice.

Streaming Online & Broadband Bandwidth
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their Broadband Bandwidth is good enough for Streaming Online. You can check your bandwidth using a bandwidth checker such as www.broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk.
The amount of bandwidth required will depend on the quality of the stream. For a ballpark estimate of the speed required for streaming live video, here are the estimates that Netflix provides to its users (which are roughly transferable to live streaming):
- 500 Kbps – lowest required speed for streaming
- 1.5 Mbps – recommended speed for quality viewing
- 3 Mbps – Standard Definition video
- 5-8 Mbps – 720p and 1080p High Definition
